HOW TO ORDER
Many orders are simple, while others require a more personal design response. We will happily confer with the client to go over the specifics of their installation. Drawings, photos and detailed dimensions are often needed to insure the proper measurements and design of an installation. Projects that require a more detailed and nuanced design will be charged $75 per hour for design services. Once a design has been finalized, a production schedule will be forwarded to the client for approval. Once approved, a 50% deposit is required to begin the project.
It is recommended that the final selection of glaze color be made by viewing more than a single tile, so that the glaze's variation and subtlety can be appreciated. For final glaze selection, we will be happy to ship additional samples upon request.
Gustin Tile is handmade to order. Most orders are shipped within six to eight weeks. Larger orders require additional time. An order's production schedule begins upon receipt of the downpayment. You will be notified as to the approximate schedule of your order.
Shipping costs are extra. We will contact you to notify you of your shipping options. We use both UPS and motor freight, depending on the size of the order.
A 50% downpayment must accompany the order. The remaining 50% is due upon shipment. No order is shipped until the final payment is made.
No product may be returned without prior authorization. Only defective product or incorrect orders by Gustin Ceramics can be returned. No returns will be accepted due to color variation between tile. Damages are the responsibility of the shipper. No returns of any kind can be made after 30 days from the date of shipment to buyer. Liability for lost or damaged returns belongs to customer or return shipper.
Gustin Ceramics will not be liable for any consequential damages, loss, or expense arising from use of or inability to use the product for any purpose whatsoever.
